About Michael Rose

My name is Michael Rose and I am a modern day artist with a wide range of different artistic styles, but unlike conventional painters, my canvas is human skin. I was born in Edmonton North London in 1976 and I am a proud Spurs Football fan. Since I was young I’ve always been interested in art, even if it meant drawing on my mothers walls. In the summer of 1994, I finally discovered exactly what I wanted to do with my life.

It was more than a young boy’s mere pipe dream of being a footballer, detective, test pilot or spy. I’m not exactly sure why I chose tattooing, except I loved it. I loved it from the first moment my fingers closed around a tattoo machine and I felt the challenge and exhilaration ahead of me. So I took the plunge and started my own business as a Tattoo Artist. No I did not grow long hair and a fat belly, but set out to change opinions on tattooing and to show people that there is a lot of artistic talent involved.

In my free time, I like to do wall paintings, tattoo designs, making tattoo signs, the gym and playing golf. My clients include people from all lifestyles and ages, and some even famous.
